All our electronic products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. Extended protection plans are available at checkout for selected gaming gear and peripherals.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available for most regions with a delivery window of 3-5 business days, including full tracking updates.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened but in perfect working condition, it may be subject to a small restocking fee. Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.
Are your peripherals compatible with both Windows and macOS?
Most Fantech devices are plug-and-play compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. However, specialized customization software for RGB and macro mapping is primarily optimized for Windows systems.
